Why prioritisation beats productivity
There's a quiet lie inside most task apps: that the goal is to finish everything. It isn't. The goal is to finish the right things — and no amount of clever tagging, nesting or colour-coding will save you from a day spent on low-value work.
The unbounded list problem
A to-do list with no ceiling produces a specific kind of anxiety. You open it, see 38 items, feel behind before you've started, and gravitate to the easiest three because they'll shrink the number fastest. Yes. Tasks can repeat daily, weekly or on a custom schedule, and you can edit or delete a single occurrence, all future occurrences, or the whole series.
What happens to overdue tasks?
Overdue tasks are grouped into a dedicated Overdue section with how long they have been outstanding, so nothing silently disappears.
Do my Top 3 tasks reset each day?
Yes. Top 3 is a daily concept — each morning you start with three fresh slots so priorities never go stale.
Can I swap a task into a full Top 3?
Yes. If all three slots are taken, adding a new task opens a swap sheet so you can choose which one it replaces.
